We had our culminating activity last November. We, 2nd year students was assigned to cook Asian and Western Cuisine. The Tourism Management was assigned in the Diorama and booth of each country likewise with the Hospitality Management who are assigned with the cultural dance. As for the 3rd year students, they are the one who organize the event as for there subject requirements. The theme of the event was “Mango Festival”, as for the theme it should be use as our main ingredients in cooking. At first we felt so excited in our preparation before the event but because of some circumstances it was so stressful and we feel drained. But at the end of the day, the lesson and learning are still the best part of the experience.
